We are pleased to introduce you to Luis Robert Garza!
Luis plays King Saul's right-hand man, Ziba, in Miriam Relyea's Broadway-style One-Act Musical, "CALLED BY NAME." Luis brings this entertaining character to life with a voice much bigger than his 5'4" frame. With an impressive tenor vocal range, he can belt a G#5. (For those of you who aren't musicians, that is HIGH.) :)
Luis lives in San Antonio, where he has performed extensively with Performing Arts San Antonio, including performances in "The In-Between Musical," Ruthless," "Happy Days" and "Count of Monte Cristo." Luis was nominated for an ATAC Globe Award by the Alamo Theater Arts Council for his portrayal of Renfield in "Nosferatu," and he received Outstanding Performance 1st Tenor in UIL statewide solo/ensemble competition.
FUN FACT: Luis enjoys a variety of athletic pastimes, e.g., roller skating, ice skating, snow skiing, basketball, football, tennis -- well, you get the idea. :)
